Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site. It does not store official Monroe County jail records, court files, booking records, mugshots, warrants, or Iowa DOC records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file documents.

The site points visitors toward Monroe County and Iowa inmate, jail, court, and public-record resources, and it may connect visitors with third-party research tools. Iowa Code Chapter 22 is the state open-records framework for Iowa public records held by government offices.

Acceptable Use
